Lots of Dorms in Pancoran Are Illegal

The ranks of Pancoran Sub-district, South Jakarta monitor and record data of dorms that have more than 10 doors yesterday, Tuesday (7/19) night. This time, the officer controlled two locations in Pancoran Urban Village.

From four points checked, there are only three illegal dorm and not paying tax

First location is at Jl Pancoran Buntu I, RT 02/02, the officer recorded data of occupant and checked three dorms. The dorms in the field have 40 doors, 20 doors, and 14 doors. As a result, one dorm with 20 doors already has permit and paid tax, while others not pay.

Then for one dorm with 60 doors at Jl Raya Pasar Minggu, precisely behind Circle K, is also known illegal and not pay tax. Its position is somewhat veiled, because located behind the pharmacy and learning course (bimbel). The officer managed to control many occupants without having Jakarta ID card and temporary domicile certificate (SKDS).

"From four points checked, there are only three illegal dorm and not paying tax. We will coordinate with PTSP and UPPD, thus sealing can be done. For occupant, they do have Jakarta ID card and old ID cars, not e-ID card," said Herri Gunara, Head of Pancoran Sub-district.

From the raid, 40 occupants are not having Jakarta ID card. Hence, those were urged to immediately process the SKDS. His side will also process boreholes in four illegal dorms.

"Dorm monitoring and target is non-Jakarta resident, so we will help them to process the SKDS. Then for dorm and borehole permit, we will summon the owner. I want PTSP to process it, because we just urge and direct them," he finished.
